    Between sessions, you’ll begin applying your new mindset and nutrition strategies with consistent, personalised support. This phase focuses on accountability, habit formation and refinement — so changes feel manageable and sustainable.

    You’ll have unlimited access to the Innerform Health nutrition resource library, along with ongoing email support from Chloe for nutrition guidance and accountability. You’ll also have direct email access to James to support mindset integration between hypnotherapy sessions.

  • This program is safe and supportive for most people. If you have a complex medical condition, we recommend speaking to your doctor first. We’re happy to collaborate with your healthcare team if needed.

  • You’ll need between 60-90 minutes for your online 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions, and around 45-60 minutes to watch each nutrition masterclass. Everything is designed to fit into real life, not take it over.

  • You’ll have unlimited access to both James and Chloe via email for the full 8 weeks. If something comes up, you won’t be left hanging. You’re fully supported throughout.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available upon request to help make the program accessible.
