2. Receive your personalised coaching plan
In your strategy session, we’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, goals, and current challenges. From there, we’ll co-create a tailored health plan that integrates nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mindset coaching, designed just for you.
Together, we’ll also determine which coaching path - our 4-week Breakthrough Program or 3-month Signature Program - is best suited to your needs, goals, and timeline.
3. Begin your transformational journey
Start your program and work 1:1 with your chosen practitioner(s) across 4 to 12 weeks of dedicated care. You’ll receive expert support, unlimited email access, and actionable strategies to help you reduce symptoms, create momentum, and feel better in your body and mind.
Want more support? Your program can be extended as needed, because sustainable health takes time, and we're here for the long haul.
