  • 8 x 45-minute personalised 1:1 sessions with your choice of practitioner(s) — nutritionist, nervous system coach, hypnotherapist, or a mix

  • A custom-designed program tailored to your unique goals

  • Ongoing email support between sessions to keep you motivated and on track

  • Flexible online sessions via telehealth

Choose your payment option:

  • Pay upfront: $1200 AUD

  • Payment plan: 3 x monthly payments of $480 AUD (total $1440)

Use our simple online booking form to schedule with the practitioner of your choice—whether it’s our Nutritionist, Nervous System Coach, or Clinical Hypnotherapist. Can’t find a time that suits you? Reach out to us at hello@innerformhealth.com. We offer flexible hours and after-hours consults by request.

Receive your personalised 3-month coaching plan


During your strategy session, we’ll clarify your health goals and design a tailored wellness plan that integrates nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mindset work, built around your unique needs.

Begin your transformational journey


Work 1:1 with your chosen practitioner(s) across eight 45-minute sessions over 12 weeks. You’ll receive ongoing email support and actionable tools to create sustainable, real-world change in your health and wellbeing. Programs can also be extended beyond 12 weeks if you’d like continued guidance and support.
