10. Appointments & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If sufficient notice is not provided:

  • A cancellation fee of up to 100% may apply

  • Sessions may not be refunded or transferred

  • Coaching programs require active participation

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind unless required by law

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Third-party products (e.g. supplements) are subject to supplier policies
