Signature Coaching Programs

Our Signature Coaching Program is designed for those ready to go deeper and create sustainable, long-term improvements in their health and well-being. This program offers integrated, 1:1 telehealth support using a minutes-based model, allowing care to evolve as your needs change.
The Signature Program is typically completed across 3 months and supports more complex or layered concerns where consistency, integration, and deeper work are required.
What’s Included in the Signature Coaching Program:
✓ 375 minutes of 1:1 practitioner support
We begin with a 60-minute initial consultation. Remaining minutes are used flexibly in 60-, 45-, 30- or 15-minute sessions, depending on what best supports progress.
✓ Unlimited email support
For ongoing guidance, accountability, and clarity between sessions.
✓ A personalised, root-cause wellness plan
Tailored to your symptoms, goals, and long-term health outcomes.
Upfront Cost: $1,200 AUD
Payment Plan: $480/month × 3 months (Total $1,440 AUD)

2. Receive your personalised coaching plan
In your strategy session, we’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, goals, and current challenges. From there, we’ll co-create a tailored health plan that integrates nutrition, nervous system regulation, and mindset coaching, designed just for you.
Together, we’ll also determine which coaching path and program is best suited to your needs, goals, and timeline.
3. Begin your transformational journey
Start your program and work 1:1 with your chosen practitioner(s). You’ll receive expert support, unlimited email access, and actionable strategies to help you reduce symptoms, create momentum, and feel better in your body and mind.
