Your program is 5 sessions over 12 weeks. You will experience the techniques and learn Self-Hypnosis skills to apply at home. From the very first session, you can expect to benefit.
During this collaborative work, you can take ownership of the changes you experience.
In addition to gaining insight into how to manage your emotions, on the completion of your program, you will also gain knowledge that will serve you in many real-world situations.

Anxiety Bust Up Program
Learn how to regain your freedom and stop letting anxiety and stress hold you back from the everyday activities that bring you joy.
You will attend 3 sessions over a 3 week period.
3 Session Anxiety and Stress Buster Program (first session 90 minutes).
Session 1: (up to 90 minutes) Disconnect the anxiety and have new tools and resources.
Session 2: (55 minutes) Build your self-belief and confidence.
Session 3: (55 minutes) You can expect to thrive with the newfound confidence that anxiety-free living brings.

Private Hypnotherapy
4 sessions over 4 weeks (best value)
This is perfect for people who know they need to make a change in their life but are not really sure what is holding them back.
You should expect to benefit from the very first session you have with James.
If you want to quickly change unwanted behaviours in yourself, gain confidence and motivation, overcome fears, and unlock your full potential, James can show you how.
The initial consultation will last approximately 90 minutes, and subsequent sessions will last approximately one hour. Every session is completely tailored for you, your personal circumstances, preferences, presenting conditions, goals, and desired outcomes.
4 sessions over 4 weeks for only $469 (normally $670)

Just Hypnosis
Everybody is unique, and their individual circumstances will need to be considered when deciding how many sessions may be required. An estimate will be given when booking the initial consultation. Some issues can be resolved in one session, however, in most cases, a client will gain maximum benefit from three, four or more sessions.
Initial session: $190 (90 minutes)
Ongoing sessions: $160 (60 minutes)

1. Consultation
Start with a free 15-minute chat where you can share your hopes and goals for therapy. James will spend time answering any questions you might have about the process.

2. Onboarding
Then, you’re ready to move forward. James will organise your first session (intake forms may be required to tailor your session completely to you).

3. First Session
You’ll meet James, via Zoom. Clients describe the hypnotic state as being fully aware while completely relaxed and supported throughout the process.

4. Ongoing Support
After you complete your session/program, you’ll decide together on the frequency of any ongoing sessions to suit your needs and lifestyle.

Hypnosis is simply ideas evoking responses. The hypnotic method is a refinement of everyday communication designed to increase the likelihood that expressed ideas will evoke their intended responses. As such, hypnosis may or may not involve trance. Trance is merely an effect.

Hypnotherapy utilises the heightened awareness of the hypnotic trance state to deliver therapeutic suggestions to create positive changes in the form of new attitudes, behaviours, feelings and symptoms.
During a hypnotherapy session, people are guided through a process (hypnotisation) to induce a trance-like state that helps them focus their minds, and respond more readily to therapeutic suggestions (hypnosis).

Hypnotherapy is effective because it works at the unconscious level. As a hypnotherapist, I utilise the hypnotic trance state to bypass the critical faculty, that part of your consciousness that stops messages from automatically being accepted by the unconscious. This allows the delivery of therapeutic suggestions to create positive changes in the form of new attitudes, behaviours, feelings and symptoms, directed to the unconscious.
