Chloe’s Very-Berry Overnight Oats

Serves: 4

This recipe is nutrient-dense and super simple to prepare. It is high in fibre, protein, and antioxidants. In my house, we prepare this recipe a couple of times a week and split the recipe into individual jars. These very-berry overnight oats are the perfect way to save time in your morning and energise you for the day.

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

4 tablespoons chia seeds

4 cups milk (of choice)

600 grams of frozen mixed berries

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method:

  1. Simply combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Divide evenly into four jars, cover and refrigerate overnight. I often top mine with extra frozen raspberries before they go in the fridge!

  3. To serve; top with a small handful of your favourite nuts and seeds (I often choose walnuts and brazil nuts).
