Shadow Values®
We reveal the unconscious values driving contradictory behaviour and hidden resistance. Seeing them clearly dissolves much of the self-sabotage.
Values Conflicts
We resolve the internal clashes between competing values — the places where one part of you is pushing forward and another is pressing the brakes. When these conflicts are reconciled, you stop fighting yourself.
