We start with complete honesty about where you actually are — what's working, what's challenging, and what you want to be different. No performance needed here.

The 5 Times Why

We go beneath the surface goal to find the deeper emotional driver behind it — the real motivation that, once named, changes everything about how you move forward.

Values TRACK®

We uncover your core values — the intrinsic motivators that actually shape your behaviour. When you understand what you genuinely value, decisions get cleaner and self-doubt begins to lose its grip.

Future Belonging

You build a powerful emotional connection to your future identity — not as a goal to perform, but as a felt sense of who you're returning to. This becomes the anchor for everything that follows.

Clarify Your Results

We define exactly what you want to achieve — specific, meaningful, and aligned to your values. The clarity itself creates movement.

START Sheet

Your personalised pathway forward. We map your strengths, identify your triggers, define your actions, gather your resources, and set your timeframes — a plan you've built and actually believe in.

Step 7

ImaginAction

Using structured mental rehearsal, we begin strengthening new pathways aligned with where you're headed. This makes the change feel real and familiar before it happens.

Step 8

Create an Intention Card

A simple, personal daily anchor — grounded in your values — that reinforces clarity and emotional alignment between sessions.

We surface the unconscious patterns that have been quietly steering you — the overthinking, the perfectionism, the people-pleasing, the emotional suppression. Not as flaws, but as protective adaptations that once made sense and have now overstayed their welcome.

Values TRACK® Deep Dive

We go deeper into your values landscape to find where misalignment is creating friction — the places where who you're being and what you actually value are pulling in opposite directions.

You can't release what you can't see. Naming the pattern is the beginning of freedom from it.

Shadow Values &
Resolving Inner Conflict

The shift: From internal friction and contradictory behaviour to understanding exactly why — and stopping the pull backwards.

What happens in this session

Shadow Values®

We reveal the unconscious values driving contradictory behaviour and hidden resistance. Seeing them clearly dissolves much of the self-sabotage.

Step 12

Values Conflicts

We resolve the internal clashes between competing values — the places where one part of you is pushing forward and another is pressing the brakes. When these conflicts are reconciled, you stop fighting yourself.

Key insight this session

Most self-sabotage isn't weakness. It's two parts of you wanting different things. Resolve the conflict and the resistance dissolves with it.

Step 13 · Align Phase · The Release Session

The Universal
Freedom Technique®

The shift: From carrying the weight of trapped emotion, fear, and unprocessed experience — to genuine inner space. This is where things move.

What happens in this session

This session stands alone for a reason.

By this point you've named your patterns, understood your shadow values, and resolved the inner conflicts. You know what's been holding you back.

Session 5 is where we release it.

Universal Freedom Technique® (UFT)

A structured process for releasing trapped emotions, fears, and the resistance that lives in the body — not just the mind. This isn't about revisiting the past. It's about creating genuine space so that real change can take root and last.

We install physical and emotional anchors for confidence, certainty, calm, and motivation — states you can access deliberately in any moment. You stop needing everything to be right in order to feel steady.

Step 15

Soul Retrieval

We recover lost strengths, past identity fragments, and inner power that has been dormant — buried under years of conditioning, pressure, and accumulated expectations. This is about reclaiming what was always yours.

Key insight this session

The version of yourself that felt settled and clear hasn't gone anywhere. This session is about finding them again.

Steps 16 & 17 · Develop Phase

Your Inner Wisdom &
A Practice That's Yours

The shift: From looking outward for answers and reassurance to trusting your own internal compass — and having a daily practice that keeps you grounded in it.

What happens in this session

The Guru Technique

We connect you deeply to your own internal wisdom and intuition. Self-guidance becomes your default. You stop outsourcing your clarity to external opinion or validation.

Step 17

Authentic Meditation

A personal meditation practice built around your actual values and identity — not a generic technique. This becomes a daily practice for integration, self-guidance, and maintaining the clarity you've built throughout the program.

you might be wondering…

What happens in a strategy session?
A strategy session is a genuine conversation — not a sales pitch. You and your coach talk about where you are, what's been happening, and whether this program is the right fit. If it isn't, your coach will tell you honestly. There's no cost and no obligation.
How do I choose the right coach?
Each coach has a distinct focus. James works primarily with professional men navigating identity and confidence. Jane works with women reconnecting with themselves after years of putting others first. Chloe works with women in their twenties and thirties building clarity and confidence. Have a read of each profile and notice who you're drawn to — or book a strategy session and let the conversation guide you.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching and therapy are different. Our coaches are not therapists and this isn't a therapeutic process. That said, the work goes deep — it deals with identity, conditioning, emotion, and belief. If you have significant mental health concerns, your coach will always be transparent about whether coaching is the appropriate support for you.
How much time does each session require?
Each session is 60–90 minutes. There are also integration practices between sessions that are designed to be practical and sustainable — not another thing to manage. The work is built to fit around your life.
Is it online or in person?
Both are available. Most sessions are conducted via video call, which means location is no barrier. If you're based on the Sunshine Coast or surrounds, in-person sessions can be arranged with your coach.
What is the RAPID Results Coaching Model?
The RAPID Results Coaching Model is an internationally certified framework created by Benjamin J. Harvey. It stands for Result, Align, Plan, Implement, Develop — a structured 20-step process that works through goal clarity, values alignment, inner conflict resolution, identity work, and sustainable habit formation. All Innerform coaches are certified to deliver it.
I've tried coaching or therapy before. How is this different?
A lot of coaching works at the level of goals, habits, and accountability. This goes deeper — to the identity-level stories and conditioning that determine whether change actually sticks. If you've had support before and felt like you were rearranging the surface without shifting what's underneath, this is the work below that.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That's worth a conversation. Most people who do this work weren't entirely certain they were ready — they just knew something had to shift. A strategy session exists precisely for that moment: to get clear together on whether this is the right step, and whether the timing is right for you.
