My Story

Not fixing what's broken.
Remembering what was never lost.

I've worked with men who, on paper, were doing well — careers, responsibilities, success. But underneath, they were second-guessing themselves. Overthinking. Carrying pressure they didn't talk about.

I can see it clearly because I've been there myself.

There was a period where, despite knowing what I was capable of, I wasn't backing myself the way I used to. More hesitation. More overthinking. Less clarity. From the outside, nothing looked wrong.

What I eventually understood changed everything.

It wasn't that I'd lost confidence. It was that I'd forgotten who I was beneath everything I'd been conditioned to believe about myself.
