Freedom from the Spiral

A workshop for women ready to quiet the overthinking, self-criticism and second-guessing

You know the pattern. This is where you learn to interrupt it, with two Certified International Results Coaches, in person on the Sunshine Coast.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for you if

  • You play out every possible way something could go wrong, because at some point, trusting your own judgment stopped feeling safe.
  • You've rewritten the same message four times, not because you don't know what you think, but because you don't trust that what you think is right.
  • You ask everyone else's opinion before your own, because somewhere along the way, your opinion stopped feeling like enough.
  • You're replaying a conversation from three days ago, still looking for the version where you got it right.
  • You say yes when you mean no, because saying no still feels like letting someone down.
  • You put everyone else's needs first so consistently, you've lost touch with what your own needs even are.

It's the spiral, a pattern, and patterns can be broken, with the right techniques.

Jane and Chloe, your coaches for Freedom from the Spiral
Your Coaches

Two coaches. One shared focus.

Jane and Chloe have spent years helping women untangle exactly this pattern, one through nervous system and trauma-informed coaching, the other through confidence and clarity work. Together, they bring both the science and the lived experience of breaking free from self-doubt.

Limited spaces available, to make sure everyone gets genuine, personalised support.
Less focus on the past. More focus on where you want to go and how you want to feel.
The Experience

What this workshop is

It's a mix of information and implementation.

Over three hours, you'll work through the pattern of self-doubt with two coaches who understand it from lived experience. You'll take part in real, guided activities. And you'll leave with something real: a practical strategy you can reach for the next time doubt shows up, built by you, for you.

Knowing what's wrong isn't the same as knowing how to change it.

That's exactly what this workshop is built to do.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience with coaching or workshops like this?

No. This workshop is built for anyone who has ever doubted themselves, whatever that looks like for you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself, everything you need for the activities will be provided. A few things you might like to bring: a water bottle, and if you're the type of person who likes to take notes, a journal or notepad and a pen.

Is this only for women?

Yes. Freedom from the Spiral is designed specifically for women, the activities, the language, and the space are all built around that shared experience.

What if I can't make it the whole time?

The workshop is designed as one connected experience, so we'd encourage you to join for the full session if you can.

I'm nervous about coming on my own, will I know anyone?

Completely normal, and you won't be the only one. Most women come on their own. It's a small, supported group, and there's no pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Do I have to share personal things in front of the group?

No. The activities are designed to be personally meaningful, but sharing with the group is always optional. You're welcome to take part in your own way.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching, not therapy. It's designed to support personal development and self-understanding, not to diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course. If she'd like to come too, she's welcome to book her own ticket and join you.

What if I've already attended a Freedom from the Spiral workshop?

You're welcome to come along more than once. That's the nature of coaching, you'll get something different out of it every time and will get benefit from reattending.

What age group is this for?

There's no set age range. Self-doubt doesn't follow a timeline, women in their 20s through to their 60s are welcome.

How many people will be there?

Workshops are kept small, generally between 20 and 30 women, so there's still a genuine sense of connection in the room.

What happens after the workshop?

You'll leave with your own practical strategy to use straight away. If you'd like to keep going, Jane and Chloe also offer 1:1 coaching, and we'll share how to book a Clarity Session with them on the day.

What's your cancellation policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you're welcome to move your ticket to a future Freedom from the Spiral date, with at least 7 days' notice before the event. Tickets can't be transferred to another person.
