For a long time, I held myself to an incredibly high standard. On the outside, I was doing everything "right" — studying, working, saying yes to opportunities.
But internally, I felt overwhelmed, indecisive and constantly questioning myself. I didn't trust my decisions. I overthought everything. And I felt like I was falling behind — even when I wasn't.
Through my work as a Clinical Nutritionist, I worked with hundreds of women and started noticing the same patterns over and over: smart, capable women stuck in self-doubt. Constant overthinking. Fear of making the wrong decision. Feeling disconnected from themselves.
That's what led me into coaching. What I eventually understood changed everything.
